Super Heros and Villians Unite under one roof for 5 days of dancing and fun! Join us as we learn ballet, jazz, tap, hip hop, and creative movement - all while incorporating movement styles by your favorite superheroes and villains! This camp is open to all dancers aged 7-9, rising second and third graders. Campers imagine their own character and bring them to life by making custom costumes and props during the week. We take an hour each day to eat lunch and play outside at a nearby park/playground. Popsicles provided (would it be summer camp without them!?) The week culminates with a mini production performance for family and friends!

Dance Camps

Katlin is amazing! My daughter loved her week long Under the Sea dance camp. I really appreciated the age appropriate curriculum and Katlin’s instructional approach; she really impressed our family. The dance studio is clean, bright and welcoming. We’ll definitely be returning for more classes!

Liz Rezayat
Parent/Preschool Teacher

My daughter had an amazing time at camp. She was very hesitant to try a new camp but Katlin and the staff there were just wonderful and put her at ease. She even participated in the final dance performance, something she has never done before!

Anu Vijay
Parent

We loved this dance camp. Both my boys attended the dance camp in Ballard and then again in Lake City. Worth the drive from magnolia. My kids still dress up in the props they made in class and have a zest for dance. I can’t recommend this place enough.

Frequently Asked Questions

What should we wear to camp?

Your dancer should come in athletic clothing that allows free movement. Layering is advised so they can adjust throughout the day to stay comfortable. If your dancer has ballet or jazz shoes please bring them, but at minimum please send them with athletic non-marking shoes.

What is the teacher to student ratio?

We strive for a 5 to 1 ratio (5 students to 1 instructor). Depending on the age group we may stretch that. Camps larger than 5 students typically include an assistant teacher.

What else should we bring?

Dancers will need to bring at minimum a snack and water bottle. For full day camps dancers will also need to bring a lunch. Please let us know if there are any dietary restrictions we should be aware of. Please label water bottles and lunch boxes with dancer's name.

What time should we drop-off and pickup?

Please plan to arrive 15 minutes prior to class start time to ensure we can start on time each day. Pickup will be at time listed on camp schedule.

What is your cancellation policy?

At Productions Dance Camps, we hope you will not have to cancel your enrollment in camp. If you do though, there are options. For details on our Cancellation Policy, including cancellations of camp by Productions Dance Camps, please visit: productionsdance.com/peace-of-mind-policy

What are you COVID-19 precautions?

We will be following all current CDC and local guidelines. Additionally, there will be air filtration, hand sanitizing station, and windows will be open when possible to facilitate air flow. All instructors are fully vaccinated and boosted.

"They loved every minute of camp - by far the highlight of summer for our dancer!"

Let's Dance!

As a dance instructor and choreographer Katlin has always had an admiration towards the production side of dance. How can the pieces in a recital tell a story? How can each dancer uniquely contribute to the story? How do those stories provoke an emotion?

Katlin has been teaching and running dance camps for 16 years and is certified to teach in Ballet, Tap, Jazz and Modern by Dance Masters of America. Katlin has danced and choreographed professionally for the NBA, as well as trained and choreographed award winning pieces at the highest national level.
